Pumpkin Pie Filling

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon clove
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 3/4 cups pumpkin (15 oz can)
- 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
Recipe
- 1 combine sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg,cloves and salt.
- 2 in a seperate bowl lightly beat the eggs
- 3 stir in the pumpkin and the sugar/spice mixture mixing well.
- 4 gradually add the evaporated milk.
- 5 pour into pie shell and bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes.
