Pumpkin Pie Filling

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups pumpkin (15 oz can)
  • 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk

Recipe

  • 1 combine sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg,cloves and salt.
  • 2 in a seperate bowl lightly beat the eggs
  • 3 stir in the pumpkin and the sugar/spice mixture mixing well.
  • 4 gradually add the evaporated milk.
  • 5 pour into pie shell and bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes.
