- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oatmeal, uncooked
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 cup water
- 1 pinch ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tablespoon splenda sugar substitute
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients.
- 2 cook over low heat for 20 minutes, or until thick.
- 3 if you want something a bit creamier, use skim milk instead of water.
- 4 for vegan do not use milk.
