- 1 tablespoon sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix (just says pudding)
- 1 cup skim milk (just says milk) or 1 cup 1% low-fat milk (just says milk)
- 2 -4 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (2 scoops) or 2 -4 tablespoons unflavored protein powder (2 scoops)
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (canned not pumpkin pie)
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
