Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix (just says pudding)
  • 1 cup skim milk (just says milk) or 1 cup 1% low-fat milk (just says milk)
  • 2 -4 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (2 scoops) or 2 -4 tablespoons unflavored protein powder (2 scoops)
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (canned not pumpkin pie)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Recipe

  • 1 blend together.
  • 2 enjoy!
