Easy Pumpkin Coffee Cake

Ingredients

- 2 (16 ounce) packages poundcake mix
- 4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup butter
Recipe
- 1 combine cake mix, pumpkin pie spice and baking soda.
- 2 blend in water, pumpkin and eggs and beat until well mixed.
- 3 pour half the batter into a greased 13x9 baking pan.
- 4 in a separate bowl, blend brown sugar, nuts and flour together; cut in butter until crumbly.
- 5 sprinkle half of crumb mixture on top of batter.
- 6 pour remaining batter into pan over crumb mixture and sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top.
- 7 bake at 325º for 50 minutes.
