Easy Pumpkin Coffee Cake

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 (16 ounce) packages poundcake mix
  • 4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup butter

Recipe

  • 1 combine cake mix, pumpkin pie spice and baking soda.
  • 2 blend in water, pumpkin and eggs and beat until well mixed.
  • 3 pour half the batter into a greased 13x9 baking pan.
  • 4 in a separate bowl, blend brown sugar, nuts and flour together; cut in butter until crumbly.
  • 5 sprinkle half of crumb mixture on top of batter.
  • 6 pour remaining batter into pan over crumb mixture and sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top.
  • 7 bake at 325º for 50 minutes.
