Pumpkin Pudding Cake

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3 cups canned pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 1/2 cups light cream
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Recipe

  • 1 mix together in order given all but last 3 ingredients.
  • 2 pour into ungreased 9"x13" pan.
  • 3 sprinkle cake mix over pie filling.
  • 4 pour melted butter over cake mix.
  • 5 sprinkle with nuts.
  • 6 bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  • 7 serve with whipped cream.
