Pumpkin Pudding Cake

Ingredients

- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 cups canned pumpkin
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon clove
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 2 1/2 cups light cream
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Recipe
- 1 mix together in order given all but last 3 ingredients.
- 2 pour into ungreased 9"x13" pan.
- 3 sprinkle cake mix over pie filling.
- 4 pour melted butter over cake mix.
- 5 sprinkle with nuts.
- 6 bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- 7 serve with whipped cream.
