Pumpkin Pudding

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon clove
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cup cooked pumpkin (canned stuff)
  • 1 1/4 cups cold milk
  • 1 (120 g) package butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 1/4 cups whipped cream

Recipe

  • 1 combine spices and baking soda in bowl.
  • 2 mix in pumpkin and blend well.
  • 3 add milk and pudding.
  • 4 beat for one minute.
  • 5 fold 1/2 cup of the whipped cream into the mixture.
  • 6 garnish with rest of the whipped cream.
