Pumpkin Pudding

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon clove
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup cooked pumpkin (canned stuff)
- 1 1/4 cups cold milk
- 1 (120 g) package butterscotch pudding mix
- 1 1/4 cups whipped cream
Recipe
- 1 combine spices and baking soda in bowl.
- 2 mix in pumpkin and blend well.
- 3 add milk and pudding.
- 4 beat for one minute.
- 5 fold 1/2 cup of the whipped cream into the mixture.
- 6 garnish with rest of the whipped cream.
