Apricot Trail Mix

Ingredients

  • Servings: 14
  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 2 cups dried apricots, coarsely chopped

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350*.
  • 2 place almonds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds on a baking sheet and roast for 8-10 minutes. cool for 5 minutes.
  • 3 in a large bowl, place cashews and apricots. add roasted seeds and nuts.
