- 2 cups raw almonds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup cashews
- 2 cups dried apricots, coarsely chopped
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350*.
- 2 place almonds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds on a baking sheet and roast for 8-10 minutes. cool for 5 minutes.
- 3 in a large bowl, place cashews and apricots. add roasted seeds and nuts.
