Creamy Pumpkin Dip

Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (16 ounce) package powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 beat cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy.
- 2 gradually add sugar, beating well.
- 3 stir in pumpkin, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- 4 serve immediately, or cover and chill.
- 5 serve dip with gingersnap cookies.
