Ingredients

- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 cup applesauce
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 cup dried fruit (cranberries or raisins)
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 mix together dry ingredients and set aside.
- 3 blend together wet ingredients until smooth. combine well with dry ingredients then add dried fruit.
- 4 pour into a greased 9x9 baking pan. bake for around 30 minutes or until toothpick in the center comes out clean.
