Fat Free Pumpkin Bars

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup dried fruit (cranberries or raisins)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 mix together dry ingredients and set aside.
  • 3 blend together wet ingredients until smooth. combine well with dry ingredients then add dried fruit.
  • 4 pour into a greased 9x9 baking pan. bake for around 30 minutes or until toothpick in the center comes out clean.
