Great Granola

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 6 cups oats
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts (otherwise known as filberts)
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup flax seed
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup walnut oil
- 1/2 cup grapeseed oil
- 1/2 cup demerara sugar (dark brown sugar)
- 1/4 cup honey (addeed last of ingredient)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350* f.
- 2 combine all in order, honey last, mix well.
- 3 -cover pan(pans) with parchement.
- 4 stir while cooking and cooling to avoid clumping.
- 5 cook for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- 6 enjoy.
