Gluten-free Nutty Granola

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 4 tablespoons golden flax seeds
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup chopped blanched almond
- 1/4 cup organic grapeseed oil (or coconut oil, or canola oil)
- 1/4 cup organic blue agave nectar
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 140 c / 275°f
- 2 mix together the oats, seeds and nuts in a bowl.
- 3 heat the oil and agave nectar in a large pan until warm and well blended. remove the pan from heat.
- 4 add the oat mixture to the pan and stir well.
- 5 spread out on one or two baking sheets.
- 6 bake for about 40-50 minutes until crispy, stirring occationally to prevent the mixture from sticking.
- 7 remove from the oven and cool; store in airtight containers.
