Pumpkin Pie By Caitie Girkin

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 55 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon clove
  • 1 tablespoon dark molasses
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 (9 inch) pie shells

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • 2 combine ingredients, except for pie shell, in large mixing bowl until thoroughly mixed.
  • 3 pour into 9-inch pie shell and bake at 425 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes or when knife comes out clean.
  • 4 cover and cool. serve.
