Ingredients

- 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon clove
- 1 tablespoon dark molasses
- 1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 (9 inch) pie shells
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- 2 combine ingredients, except for pie shell, in large mixing bowl until thoroughly mixed.
- 3 pour into 9-inch pie shell and bake at 425 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes or when knife comes out clean.
- 4 cover and cool. serve.
