Pumpkin Pie Cake Squares

Ingredients

• 1 (19 1/2 ounce) box yellow cake mix (reserve 1 cup for topping)
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1 egg
• 1 (30 ounce) can pumpkin (3 cups)
• 2 eggs
• 2/3 cup milk
• 1 cup reserved cake mix
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup butter

Recipe

• 1 pre heat oven 375°.
• 2 grease bottom only of a 9x13 cake pan.
• 3 mix cake mix (all but the 1 cup for topping), melted butter and 1 egg.
• 4 press into cake pan. this will be the crust.
• 5 mix all filling ingredients until smooth.
• 6 pour over the crust.
• 7 mix the topping ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over the filling.
• 8 bake 45-55 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
