- 1 quart milk
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package butterscotch pudding mix
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in large pitcher with tight-fitting lid; cover. shake vigorously 1 minute or until well blended.
- 2 pour evenly into 4 glasses. serve immediately. (mixture thickens as it stands. thin with additional milk, if desired.).
