Ingredients

- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup biscuit mix
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted (or margarine)
- 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- whipped topping (optional)
Recipe
- 1 in large bowl, combine first 8 ingredients.
- 2 transfer to a slow cooker, coated with nonstick cooking spray.
- 3 cover.
- 4 cook on low 6-7 hours.
- 5 serve with whipped topping if desired.
