Pumpkin Pie Pudding

Total Time: 7 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 7 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup biscuit mix
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted (or margarine)
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • whipped topping (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 in large bowl, combine first 8 ingredients.
  • 2 transfer to a slow cooker, coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 3 cover.
  • 4 cook on low 6-7 hours.
  • 5 serve with whipped topping if desired.
