Pumpkin Pie Smoothie (vitamix)

Total Time: 2 mins Preparation Time: 1 min Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/3 cup fat-free sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (i just use a shake of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • 1 cup ice cube

Recipe

  • 1 place all the ingredients in the vitamix container in order listed and secure the lid.
  • 2 run machine on variable speed #1, quickly increase to #10, then switch to high.
  • 3 allow machine to run 20-30 seconds or until smooth.
  • 4 top with whipped cream and a dust of cinnamon if desired.
