Pumpkin Pie Smoothie (vitamix)

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/3 cup fat-free sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla yogurt
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (i just use a shake of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves)
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
- 1 cup ice cube
Recipe
- 1 place all the ingredients in the vitamix container in order listed and secure the lid.
- 2 run machine on variable speed #1, quickly increase to #10, then switch to high.
- 3 allow machine to run 20-30 seconds or until smooth.
- 4 top with whipped cream and a dust of cinnamon if desired.
