Ingredients

- 15 ounces canned pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees f.
- 2 mix the first 4 ingredients together in a medium bowl.
- 3 combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
- 4 add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, and whisk together.
- 5 pour into a greased 2 1/2 quart souffle dish.
- 6 bake for about 1 hour, or until slightly browned.
- 7 may serve with caramel sauce.
