Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup cooked pumpkin
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 blend all ingredients thoroughly. distribute among 6 custard cups and bake at 350f for 30-45 minutes.
- 2 serve with coconut.
