Delicious Low Fat Banana Bread With Chocolate Chips

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons applesauce
- 2/3 cup brown sugar substitute
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 spray a loaf pan with pam.
- 3 mix the dry ingredients & set aside.
- 4 in a separate larger bowl, mix the bananas, butter, applesauce, and brown sugar substitute.
- 5 stir in eggs, mix.
- 6 add the flour, mix thoroughly.
- 7 stir in the chocolate chips.
- 8 pour into loaf pan, and bake 50 minutes.
- 9 cool to 10 minutes before removing from pan.
