Delicious Low Fat Banana Bread With Chocolate Chips

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons applesauce
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar substitute
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 spray a loaf pan with pam.
  • 3 mix the dry ingredients & set aside.
  • 4 in a separate larger bowl, mix the bananas, butter, applesauce, and brown sugar substitute.
  • 5 stir in eggs, mix.
  • 6 add the flour, mix thoroughly.
  • 7 stir in the chocolate chips.
  • 8 pour into loaf pan, and bake 50 minutes.
  • 9 cool to 10 minutes before removing from pan.
