Prune & Pumpkin Flapjacks (gluten, Dairy, Egg Free)

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 100 g vegan margarine
- 250 g rolled oats
- 100 g soft prunes, chopped small
- 200 g maple syrup
- 100 g pumpkin seeds
Recipe
- 1 heat the oven to 180c/350f/gas mark 4.
- 2 mix and heat all the ingredients together gently in a saucepan then press out into the bottom of a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes.
- 3 cut into squares or rectangles then leave to cool into the tray before removing onto a rack.
