Prune & Pumpkin Flapjacks (gluten, Dairy, Egg Free)

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 100 g vegan margarine
  • 250 g rolled oats
  • 100 g soft prunes, chopped small
  • 200 g maple syrup
  • 100 g pumpkin seeds

Recipe

  • 1 heat the oven to 180c/350f/gas mark 4.
  • 2 mix and heat all the ingredients together gently in a saucepan then press out into the bottom of a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes.
  • 3 cut into squares or rectangles then leave to cool into the tray before removing onto a rack.
