Pumpkin Cake

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 cup butter

Recipe

  • 1 mix first six ingredients and pour into 9x13 pan.
  • 2 sprinkle cake mix evenly over mixture.
  • 3 cover with chopped pecans.
  • 4 cover with 2 sticks butter.
  • 5 bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
