Ginger Pumpkin Soup (crock Pot)

Total Time: 4 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 lbs fresh pumpkin, peeled seeded and cubed
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup dry wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all of the ingredients except the salt and pepper in a slow cooker; cover and cook on high 4-5 hours.
  • 2 process soup in food processor or blender until smooth; season to taste with salt and pepper.
