Ingredients

- 3/4 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin (york)
- 1 1/2 cups light cream
- 1 (9 inch) deep dish pie shells
Recipe
- 1 mix together brown sugar and seasonings. stir in remaining filling ingredients and beat until smooth. pour into shell.
- 2 bake at 450f for 10 minutes. lower temperature to 350f and bake for a further 40-45 minutes.
