Harvest Time Pumpkin Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 16 ounces powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • gingersnaps, for serving

Recipe

  • 1 let cream cheese stand at room temperature until softened. in a large bowl beat the cream cheese at medium speed of an electric mixer until creamy.
  • 2 gradually add the powdered sugar, beating well.
  • 3 stir in pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  • 4 serve immediately with gingersnaps for dipping, or cover and chill.
