Creamy Pumpkin Fettuccine

Ingredients

- 1 cup canned solid-pack pumpkin
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 12 ounces fettuccine, cooked and drained
- fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 over low heat, bring just to a simmer pumpkin, cream, 1/2 cup cheese and nutmeg.
- 2 add butter to fettuccine tossing until butter melts.
- 3 mix in pumpkin mixture.
- 4 sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- 5 grind pepper on top.
