Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup frozen ripe banana
  • 3 tablespoons quinoa or 3 tablespoons quinoa flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/3 cups soymilk
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup ice cube
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
