Bittersweet Raspberry And Parsley Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 1/3 cup 1% milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons raw pumpkin seeds

  • blend spinach, ice, grapefruit, mango, raspberries, milk, parsley, and pumpkin seeds together in a blender until smooth.
