- 1 (9 inch) pie shell
- 2 cups solid pack pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
Recipe
- preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c).
- in a large mixing bowl combine pumpkin, sugar, eggs, milk, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg. stir until smooth and thoroughly mixed. pour pumpkin mixture into pastry-lined pie pan.
- bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until set in center.
