Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 (9 inch) pie shell
  • 2 cups solid pack pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg

Recipe

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c).
  • in a large mixing bowl combine pumpkin, sugar, eggs, milk, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg. stir until smooth and thoroughly mixed. pour pumpkin mixture into pastry-lined pie pan.
  • bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until set in center.
