Pumpkin Turnovers German Plachinda

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- flour
- 4 cups pumpkin
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 use enough flour to make the dough stiff.
- 2 mix well. take portions of dough (about 1/4 cup), roll out to about 6-7" in diameter.
- 3 put 2-3 tablespoons filling on half of diameter. fold the other half over filling.
- 4 crimp dough around edge. sprinkle with sugar and bake at 350 about 20 minutes or until nicely browned.
