Pumpkin-molasses Pancakes

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/2 cups bisquick reduced-fat baking mix
- 1 cup skim milk (or your preference)
- 1 egg
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/3 cup molasses (may want to add more depending on taste)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together.
- 2 cook on medium heat in pan. just like any pancake.
- 3 sprinkle with powdered sugar, serve with syrup, fruit, peanut butter, etc.
