Pumpkin/pompoen Confituur

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 lbs pumpkin flesh
- 2 oranges
- 4 lemons
- 750 g sugar
Recipe
- 1 clean the seeds out of the pumpkin and cut the meat in small pieces.
- 2 peel the oranges and the lemons and peel off the membrane.
- 3 cut the oranges and lemons in pieces and remove all seeds.
- 4 in a big cooking pan, layer the pumpkin, and the fruit with the last layer being pumpkin.
- 5 sprinkle the sugar over all in the pan, put a lid on it and let it set in a cool place for one night.
- 6 cook the pot for at least 30 minutes so that the mixture becomes thick.
- 7 pour into canning jars and seal them good.
