Pumpkin-gingersnap Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 large scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 6 -8 broken gingersnap cookies
  • 1/4 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 puree all the ingredients in the blender until smooth.
  • 2 garnish with extra cookies pieces or pepitas (pumpkin seeds).
