Ingredients
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 large scoop vanilla ice cream
- 6 -8 broken gingersnap cookies
- 1/4 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 puree all the ingredients in the blender until smooth.
- 2 garnish with extra cookies pieces or pepitas (pumpkin seeds).
