creamy smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice, or as desired
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon spice
