Pumpkin Walnut Pie

Ingredients

- 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons cold butter
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 425*.
- 2 mix crumbs with butter and sugar.
- 3 press into 10 inch pie plate.
- 4 in lg bowl, mix pumpkin, milk, egg, and spices.
- 5 pour over crust.
- 6 bake for 15 minutes; remove from oven.
- 7 reduce oven to 350*.
- 8 combine brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon.
- 9 cut in butter until crumbly.
- 10 stir in walnuts.
- 11 sprinkle over pie.
- 12 bake 40 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean.
