Pumpkin Walnut Pie

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 55 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons cold butter
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 425*.
  • 2 mix crumbs with butter and sugar.
  • 3 press into 10 inch pie plate.
  • 4 in lg bowl, mix pumpkin, milk, egg, and spices.
  • 5 pour over crust.
  • 6 bake for 15 minutes; remove from oven.
  • 7 reduce oven to 350*.
  • 8 combine brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon.
  • 9 cut in butter until crumbly.
  • 10 stir in walnuts.
  • 11 sprinkle over pie.
  • 12 bake 40 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean.
