Pumpkin Pie-spin-off

Ingredients

  • 1 (250 g) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
  • candied ginger (for garnish)

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream and brown sugar until smooth.
  • 2 beat in the pumpkin purée and pumpkin pie spice.
  • 3 place in a serving dish and allow to cool in refrigerator.
  • 4 garnish with grated or chopped candied ginger over the dip.
