- 1 (250 g) package cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
- candied ginger (for garnish)
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream and brown sugar until smooth.
- 2 beat in the pumpkin purée and pumpkin pie spice.
- 3 place in a serving dish and allow to cool in refrigerator.
- 4 garnish with grated or chopped candied ginger over the dip.
