Pumpkin Walnut Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar or 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup diamond sliced walnuts
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup diamond ground walnuts
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 (15 ounce) can solid-pack unsweetened pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup diamond walnut oil
Recipe
- 1 to make the crumb topping: in a medium bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, allspice, and salt.
