Pumpkin Walnut Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar or 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup diamond sliced walnuts
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup diamond ground walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (15 ounce) can solid-pack unsweetened pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup diamond walnut oil

Recipe

  • 1 to make the crumb topping: in a medium bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, allspice, and salt.
