Ingredients

- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 large eggs
- 1 (15 ounce) can libby's canned pumpkin
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can carnation evaporated milk
- 9 ounces yellow cake mix (1/2 box)
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Recipe
- 1 mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in small bowl. beat eggs in large bowl. stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. gradually stir in evaporated milk.
- 2 place in 9x13 pan.
- 3 sprinkle 1/2 or more of the yellow cake mix on top.
- 4 sprinkle with pecans.
- 5 drizzle the melted stick of butter on top of pecans.
- 6 bake for 1 hour 350.
