Pumpkin Pie Squares

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 2 cups canned pumpkin
  • 13 1/2 ounces evaporated milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon clove
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Recipe

  • 1 mix together the crust ingredients and press in a lightly greased 9"x13"pan. bake for 15 minutes in 350 degree oven.
  • 2 in a large bowl, combine the filling ingredients, and beat well with a mixer.
  • 3 pour onto hot crust and bake for 20 more minutes.
  • 4 stir together the topping ingredients, and sprinkle on top of filling.
  • 5 bake for 20 more minutes.
  • 6 let cool, and cut into squares. serve with whipped cream.
