Pumpkin Protein Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  • 2 combine ingredients in a bowl, stirring until well combined.
  • 3 drop cookies onto baking sheet and press down.
  • 4 bake for 15-20 minutes.
