Pumpkin Protein Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup spiru tein protein powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 line a muffin tin with muffin papers.
- 3 in a large bowl mix together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- 4 add the pumpkin, eggs, oil, and water. mix until just combined.
- 5 fill muffin cups 3/4 full. bake for 25-30 minutes, until center springs back.
