Pumpkin Pie-less

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1/2 cup egg substitute (e.g. egg beaters)
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated skim milk

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, blending well.
  • 2 pour into 1-quart casserole dish or glass pie plate lightly sprayed with oil.
  • 3 bake in preheated 400f oven for 50-60 minutes.
  • 4 serve warm or at room temperature.
