Low Cal Muffins

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/3 cups natural bran
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup splenda granular

Recipe

  • 1 mix dry ingredients, mix wet ingredients, mix together, bake at 400 for ~13 minutes.
