Pumpkin Pudding Squares

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 9
  • 14 1/2 ounces canned pumpkin
  • 1 1/4 cups evaporated skim milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 450.
  • 2 grease a 9x9 pan.
  • 3 in large mixing bowl at medium speed, beat pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, flour, margarine, eggs, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking soda and salt for 1 minute or until smooth and well blended.
  • 4 pour into pan.
  • 5 bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
