Pumpkin Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin
- 1 1/2 cups light cream, heated
- 1 (9 inch) pie crusts
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3/4 cup pecans
Recipe
- 1 combine first 8 ingredients.
- 2 add pumpkin and mix.
- 3 add cream and mix well.
- 4 pour into unbaked pie crust.
- 5 bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then 350° for 20 minutes.
- 6 mix together butter, brown sugar and pecans.
- 7 remove pie from oven and cover pie with pecan mixture.
- 8 return to oven and bake for 20 minutes more or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
