Ingredients
- 1 (29 ounce) can pumpkin
- 5 1/2 tablespoons flour (heaping)
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 5 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 1/2 teaspoons allspice
- 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 cups evaporated milk
- 2 cups water
Recipe
- 1 mix pumpkin with dry ingredients.
- 2 mix 2 cups evaporated milk and 2 cups water. add milk and water to dry ingredients and mix well.
- 3 bake 425 for 15 minutes.
- 4 reduce temperature to 375 for 30-40 minutes.
