Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups cooked pumpkin
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 3 tablespoons sherry wine
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs slightly and combine with all other ingredients.
- 2 pour mixture into unbaked pie shell and bake for 10 minutes.
- 3 reduce temperature to 350 and continue baking 30-40 minutes until filling is well set.
