- 1 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tablespoon pecans, chopped, plus 1 teaspoon
Recipe
- 1 combine well the first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
- 2 spoon into 2 chilled dessert dishes and sprinkle with the pecans. serve.
