Healthy Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 1 ready-made pie crust, reduced fat
- 16 ounces pumpkin puree
- 12 ounces fat-free evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup splenda sugar substitute
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Recipe
- 1 pre heat oven to 425°f.
- 2 roll pastry on floured surface into circle one inch larger than inverted 9-inch pie pan.
- 3 place in pan. trim and flute edge.
- 4 beat pumpkin, evaporated milk and eggs in large bowl.
- 5 beat in remaining ingredients.
- 6 pour into pastry shell.
- 7 bake at 425f for 15 minutes.
- 8 reduce heat to 350f and bake another 30-40 minutes.
- 9 pie is done when an knife inserted near center comes out clean.
- 10 cool on wire rack.
