Healthy Pumpkin Pudding (south Beach Diet)

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces pumpkin
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 (1 ounce) box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix

Recipe

  • 1 mix pumpkin, spices, and half the milk.
  • 2 while stirring, slowly add mix and remainder of milk.
  • 3 stir until smooth.
  • 4 let sit for 30 minutes if you prefer a thicker consistency.
