Rhonda's Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup water (less for fresh pumpkin)
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup salad oil (canola oil)
Recipe
- 1 sift dry ingredients into larger bowl.
- 2 combine salad oil, eggs, pumpkin, water in other bowl.
- 3 add to dry ingredients.
- 4 mix thoroughly.
- 5 pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.
- 6 bake at 325 degrees f for 1-1.5 hours. may add 1 cup chopped nuts.
